Research and Development, or R & D means that the creative work is done systematically to increase knowledge and applying this knowledge to devise new applications. It has always been at the forefront of the business strategy of Physical Development of Consulting Engineers of Asia.

In this regard R & D unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1: Setting up an architecture and building network or system of young elites as partners agencies:
With the aim of supporting forward movements of these young elites to achieve international standards and business competitiveness, a powerful network of architectural services was established which always cooperate with The Consultant Engineers in performing design services.

2: Workshops:
About educational activities of the institute which is organized with the R & D unit and its information can be found in the workshop sections. There are two type of workshops held, one is Advanced architecture workshop and the other is young elite architecture workshop.

3: Holding international architecture competitions:
According to extended communication of the Consulting Engineers with the engineers and international architect offices, till now this institute has held several important architectural design competition with the corporate of architecture offices of member of young elite network in partnership with foreign designers.

4: Holding architectural Review meetings:
In request of young elite network, holding architectural review meetings about their projects is one of the activities of R & D unit.
